How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Once it's shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to easily monitor your shipment's progress.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are not included in the retail price. During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated, and the purchaser is responsible for covering these expenses.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping worldwide. However, please note that the purchaser is responsible for all associated shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, and the purchaser agrees not to resell the artwork for three years from the date of purchase.

When does the artwork title pass?

The title to the artwork will be transferred to the purchaser upon full payment.

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?

While the risk of loss and/or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery, you may receive a full refund within 30 days of any payments made toward the purchase price if there's significant damage before delivery. To process a refund, images of the damaged packaging and artwork must be shared within 48 hours of the artwork's arrival at the destination.

Does Collect Bean accept artist submissions?

Collect Bean does not accept unsolicited artist submissions.
